Cs50 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the cs50 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the cs50 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and apply to all cs50 platform users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the cs50 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using cs50's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cs50 as the platform operator. They are to be read alongside and in conjunction with cs50 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form the complete agreement between both parties.
Use of the cs50 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. cs50 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration & Security
Account Creation and Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cs50. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, mobile number, and any other details needed for identity verification.
Cs50 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card for account verification purposes, particularly prior to processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Password and Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cs50 account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. cs50 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify cs50 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
As a cs50 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cs50 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from cs50.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or misrepresentation of information during the registration, deposit, withdrawal, or promotional claim process.
- Opening an account on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to cs50's servers, networks, or related systems.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system in ways that go against the original intent of the offer.
Cs50 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, without prior notice.
4. Payments & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the cs50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cs50 accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any illegal activity.
The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Once credited to your account, deposits may not be withdrawn to a different payment method than the original source, except under specific circumstances approved by cs50.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your cs50 account. cs50 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days.
Any winnings generated through the use of bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Withdrawals involving bonus balances cannot be processed until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Cs50 Liability Limits
Cs50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, system failures, or data inaccuracies. In any event, cs50's liability is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The cs50 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. cs50 makes no warranties that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in the platform being temporarily unavailable.
Account Suspension and Closure
Cs50 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or a security threat. In cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud, cs50 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cs50 platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, software code, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of cs50 and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any cs50 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The cs50 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. cs50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Cs50 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the cs50 platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted as far as possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
